On Saturday 26th September, we were delighted to welcome friends to St Columba’s Free Church for the ETS Annual Conference.
The conference aims to connect theology explored in the seminary classroom with the needs and opportunities in the local church.
The theme of this year’s talks was The Free Offer of the Gospel. Our speakers were Dr D J Maclean, Dr Matthew Roberts, Rev Hamish Sneddon and Dr Thomas Davis. The talks led us through the rich chapters Scottish Church History, into the beautiful depths of systematic theology, to the importance of preaching the free offer, and reaching the application of the free offer to the life of the church.
We were also delighted to be joined by exhibitors from Christian Focus Publications, Banner of Truth, Sparkle Sisters, New Growth Counselling, Scottish Bible Society and Bonar Trust.
Our sincere thanks to our speakers and to all who came and helped.
