Hailing from the great state of Texas in the United States, Ben teaches Greek and New Testament at ETS. Having felt a call to the ministry as a teenager, he received an MDiv from Westminster Seminary California and earned a PhD from the University of St Andrews. He spent six years in pastoral ministry in Arizona as an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). He has also served as a missionary in various overseas contexts. His desire is to instil in his students a love for the biblical text, helping them to handle it rightly and equipping them for ministry in Christ’s church.
